Strength & Conditioning involves any activity used to enhance and facilitate performance. These activities include, but are not limited to running, jumping, agility, core and endurance training.

Sparring is probably the most important training aspect of being a boxer. This is where you learn to box; Both you and your can get to see what works and what needs improvement.
